ABOUT THE PROJECT

CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc.

Established in 2012, CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc. is a pioneer in developing the industrial bamboo plantation and processing sector in the Philippines.

The company’s vision goes beyond profit—it aims to uplift communities by creating jobs, supporting local entrepreneurs, and promoting sustainable development through the country’s abundant bamboo resources.

CSFirst Green transforms idle and denuded lands into productive bamboo plantations, building an agro-industrial economy that fosters environmental renewal and economic growth. By partnering with local farmers and treating them as stakeholders, the company strengthens community livelihoods and encourages enterprise creation, helping stimulate local economies through bamboo-based products and related industries.

Aligned with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ National Greening Program, CSFirst Green’s initiatives support reforestation, carbon reduction, and climate resilience. Through research-driven planting techniques and modern processing technologies, the company aims to be the leading supplier of manufactured bamboo products in the Philippines. Rooted in the principle of inclusive growth, CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc. continues to champion sustainability.

With a firm commitment to corporate social
responsibility and a strong sense of giving back to his community, Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao founded CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc.

The corporation is embarking on the biggest bamboo project in the history of the Philippines.

Through the Philippine Bamboo Industry Development Program, in line with the government’s National Greening Program and in cooperation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, CSFirst Green AIDI will develop over more than ten thousand hectares, with plans for further expansion, positioning the province of Pangasinan as the country’s largest industrial bamboo plantation.

It is also projected to create hundreds of job opportunities, making it one of the biggest employment-generating projects in Pangasinan.

Bamboo Plantation

CSFirst Green AIDI will also develop 500 hectares of land in the area into an industrial economic zone that will house various processing plants for the manufacturing of bamboo products.

Bamboo items are already being produced at the CSFirst Green AIDI headquarters in Brgy. Amanperez, Bayambang, Pangasinan, and the facility showcases high quality engineered bamboo products sustainably sourced from our farms.

In terms of environmental protection, CSFirst Green AIDI has partnered with the Local Government Unit for a bamboo propagation project along the banks of the Agno River. This initiative will not only help prevent soil erosion and flooding but will also pave the way for economic development through tourism.

A project set to transform the landscape of the Philippine agricultural industry, the Philippine Bamboo Project will also feature a bamboo processing facility, a bamboo eco-tourism park, and an off-grid sustainable power generation plant to support bamboo nurseries and farm operations.
