Bayambang Dairy Farm

Kasama Kita Sa Barangay Foundation, Inc. (KKSBFI), established in 2002 and SEC registered in 2005, is dedicated to building stronger communities in Bayambang through education, training, and livelihood initiatives.

The foundation has launched programs in ice cream production, meat processing, mushroom cultivation, and cattle-raising, providing sustainable income and job opportunities while supporting national poverty alleviation efforts.

Over the years, KKSBFI has continually enhanced its mission by focusing on sustainable agriculture and capacity-building.

This direction has led to the development of its flagship project—the Bayambang Dairy Farm, a major contributor to the dairy sector in Region I and a recognized Dairy Farm Training Center and Learning Site for Agriculture.

The Bayambang Dairy Farm is one of the largest producers of sterilized milk in Region I, delivering an impressive daily output of up to 4,000 liters.

The farm operates with modern dairy facilities and adheres to strict production standards, ensuring high-quality milk products that meet the expectations of both local consumers and regulatory bodies.

Through continuous improvement and adoption of advanced dairy practices, the farm contributes significantly to local food security and regional agricultural development.

LIVESTOCK PROFILE

The farm maintains a carefully managed livestock program that supports its dairy operations and training initiatives. Its cattle herd consists of 121 heads, including 45 imported all-female Holstein–Jersey crossbreeds, selected for their high milk volume and rich butterfat content.

The goat population numbers 89, featuring Saanen goats, known for their steady and high milk yield, and Anglo-Nubian goats, valued for their rich, high-butterfat milk ideal for specialty dairy products. This diverse and high-quality livestock program reinforces the farm’s status as a leading dairy producer in Region I while offering practical learning opportunities for farmers, students, and agricultural workers.

TRAINING CENTER & LEARNING SITE FOR AGRICULTURE

As part of its long-term development strategy, KKSBFI has established the Bayambang Dairy Farm as a Dairy Farm Training Center and Learning Site for Agriculture, offering structured programs aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in dairy farm operations and management.

This initiative equips farmers, students, and agricultural workers with industry- relevant competencies, supporting broader goals of agricultural modernization and inclusive local development.
