E-Agro Corporation is an integrated agriculture service platform born out of Bayambang, Pangasinan. It was founded through the initiative of Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao in collaboration with One-Doc Corporation and private sector partners. Its purpose is to confront systemic poverty in farming communities by giving farmers tools, services, and opportunities that are usually hard to access.
Our Mission & Aspiration
- To empower farmers, labourers, and suppliers via mutual growth and shared prosperity.
- To facilitate access to affordable credit with low interest and no collateral.
- To connect farmers to quality farming inputs, machinery, tools, and services.
- To provide market access so farmers can sell produce at fair prices.
- To reduce poverty through modernization of agriculture, increasing yield, lowering costs, and improving livelihoods.
What We Do — Key Services & Features
Financial Assistance Low-interest loans, no collateral required, up to certain amounts per hectare. Process is faster and more accessible than traditional banking.
Input Provision & Machinery Supply of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds; renting or leasing farm equipment and machinery.
Market Linkage Helping farmers find buyers and sell their harvest at better and fair prices; reducing dependence on middlemen.
Information & GIS Support Agricultural mapping (GIS) that identifies soil, land types, and best planting windows; knowledge resources for modern farming.
Support Infrastructure District warehouses for storage, information kiosks for areas with low connectivity, and portals to register, apply for loans, and monitor usage.
Impact & Reach
- The program targets Bayambang’s poor farming families (tens of thousands) with the goal of significantly increasing their income and improving quality of life.
- Helps break cycles of debt—farmers no longer need to take predatory loans just to start planting.
- Facilitates faster access to credit, inputs, machinery, and market channels.
- Aligns with the broader Poverty Reduction Plan of Bayambang (2018-2028), especially its agricultural modernization thrust.
Vision & Future Direction
- E-Agro sees a future where farming is not only a means of survival but a pathway to prosperity. Key future goals include:
- Expanding the coverage of modern services to more farming barangays and other municipalities.
- Enhancing digital tools and infrastructure to ensure inclusivity (e.g. for farmers with limited or no internet access).
- Building stronger partnerships with suppliers, service providers, markets, and government bodies to scale up operations.
- Ensuring sustainability, not just in economic output but also environmental protection, fair treatment, and resilience of farming communities.
