1Food Corporation
1Food Corporation was founded in 2017 by Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao in Bayambang, Pangasinan, with a mission to transform agriculture into sustainable livelihoods.
The company’s first brand, O-Krantz, launched in 2018 through the partnership with the Pangasinan State
University, Department of Science and Technology – Food Innovation Center (PSU DOST-FIC), introducing innovative food processing technology to local farming.
Formally established in 2019, 1Food grew rapidly and became known for developing Bayambang’s Best Longanisa in 2021 with Kasama Kita sa Barangay Foundation Inc. It has since built its main commissary at Prayer Park and expanded with an office in Bani, Bayambang, strengthening its production and distribution network.
Guided by Chairman Cezar T. Quiambao, President Jorge M. Yulo, and SVP–General Manager Esther Flor A. Baldemor, the company continues to innovate through products like Okrantz Chips and Chunky Tomato Salsa, as well as the expanding Angkong Noodle House chain. With plans to reach Regions I and III, Metro Manila, and beyond, 1Food remains committed to uplifting communities and promoting local products through innovation and responsible growth.
Our Products
Okrantz Chips and Okrantz Chunky Tomato Salsa
Okrantz offers Okra, Onion, and Squash Chips made with a vacuum fryer to help keep their natural freshness, vitamins, and flavor. Paired with the Chunky Tomato Salsa, these snacks highlight local produce in a clean, tasty way.
Bayambang’s Best Longanisa
In early 2021, 1Food was tapped to develop the longanisa formulation, with production done at Kasama Kita sa Barangay Foundation Inc. in Barangay Sancagulis. By the same year’s quarter, 1Food was officially asked to distribute Bayambang’s Best Longanisa. The product is known for its well-balanced seasoning and quality ingredients that reflect Bayambang’s food heritage.
Angkong Noodle House
Angkong Noodle House serves comforting noodle dishes inspired by familiar Filipino and Asian flavors. It has grown steadily, with branches at Prayer Park Bayambang (main), Perez Dagupan, Binalonan, Magic Mall San Carlos, Metro Plaza Dagupan, SM Rosales, Bayambang Centro, and Magic Mall Urdaneta. The team aims to open 10 branches in 2025.
