Our History

CSFirst Bamboo Factory, Incorporated is a subsidiary of Strategic Alliance Holdings, Inc. (SAHI), under the leadership of Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao. SAHI is an expert in Build-Operate-Own (BOO) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects, specializing in information technology and physical infrastructure projects worldwide.

In the Philippines, SAHI has demonstrated its competence in developing and implementing government projects, playing a key role in national development and driving growth in both the public and private sectors. Once active in the construction and finance sectors in Indonesia, Dr. Quiambao was among the overseas-based Filipino entrepreneurs who responded to President Fidel Ramos’ call to return home and help advance the country’s economic renaissance.

Privately funded infrastructure projects for public use became a catalyst for economic growth, enabling the Philippine government to avoid incurring heavy debt for massive infrastructure development. Dr. Quiambao was instrumental in establishing public-private partnerships that led to the digitization of driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, and land title records in the country.

As a subsidiary of SAHI, CSFirst Bamboo Factory, Incorporated—together with CSFirst Green Agri-Industrial Development, Inc.—recognizes the importance of ecological balance and is committed to the conservation and protection of forestlands.
